My OWN WISDOM Method is a collaborative, strength-based process that helps you reconnect with your inner clarity, build resilience, and live in alignment with what truly matters.

​It’s for those who feel like something’s missing—but know there's something more. Whether you're navigating burnout, life transitions, chronic stress, or simply craving a deeper sense of direction, this coaching offers tools, reflection, and support to help you move from stuck to steady.

​Together, we explore your values, VIA character strengths, and self-agency practices to guide meaningful, sustainable change—rooted in who you are, and growing from where you are.

This process is not about fixing you—it’s about revealing the wisdom already within you, and learning how to live in alignment with it. 

Its about "moving from what's wrong to what's strong".

Persistent Pain Coaching

Persistent Pain Coaching is a supportive, personalized approach to help you navigate life with pain—without losing sight of your wellness, identity, or goals.

Through my RECLAIMING YOUR WELLNESS Roadmap, we explore your experience with fresh eyes, shift your mindset with compassion, and co-create a plan rooted in your power and possibility.

Rooted in neuroscience, lived experience, and a whole-person perspective, this coaching empowers you to better understand your pain, develop sustainable coping strategies, and reclaim a sense of agency in your health and daily life.

Through my RECLAIMING YOUR WELLNESS Roadmap, you’ll shift from feeling stuck and defined by pain to feeling informed, empowered, and supported with tools that make daily life lighter and more manageable. With personalized, mindful strategies, tools, and milestones, we’ll make lasting change feel not only possible — but sustainable.

Workshops & Circles

Twice a year, we pause together—in intimate, heart-led spaces designed for rest, reflection, and renewal.   

FINDING YOUR EASE isn't about doing more.
It's a gentle invitations to soften, to listen inward,
and to reconnect with the parts of you that long for ease.

​With practices like vision boarding, mindfulness, and guided reflection, you’ll tune into what truly matters, release what no longer serves, and make space for clarity, intention, and self-trust to emerge.

Rooted in authenticity and community, these gatherings are your seasonal exhale—a quiet return to yourself, and a reminder that ease isn’t a luxury—it’s your way home.

My Approach

​Our work begins with a discovery session—a supportive, no-pressure space where you can share your story, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. It’s also a chance for us to explore your goals and challenges, and determine if we’re a good fit to move forward together.

​From there, we dive into the OWN WISDOM Method—my signature approach, rooted in evidence-based practices, lived experience, and compassionate coaching.

This method is guided by three essential pillars:

  • recognizing your wisdom,

  • reclaiming your agency, and

  • creating ease.

​​Throughout our work together, you’ll be supported in:

  • Identifying your character strengths and how they show up in daily life

  • Clarifying your core values and what truly matters to you

  • Building your personalized wellbeing toolbox with mindful strategies that help you navigate adversity and explore wellbeing

  • Creating simple, doable steps to reclaim your sense of agency and self-leadership

  • Leveraging your insights to bring greater ease, resilience, and sustainability into your life

We work together over the course of 8 intentional sessions, allowing space for meaningful insight, realignment, and integration. Each session builds on the last, using reflective conversations and accessible tools drawn from positive psychology, mindfulness, and behavioural science.
