I am a certified Life Coach through the
Centre of Applied Neuroscience, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I hold an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo and a Therapy and Counselling certification from Mohawk College, with additional training in business management and consultancy, chronic pain management, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
My Story
For four years, I coached clinicians in two clinics as well as through Clinic Accelerator’s Mentorship Bootcamp, where I shared the patient’s perspective on key topics such as building strong therapeutic alliances with clients. My goal was to empower clinicians to become more effective and compassionate providers for the patients in their care. In addition, I developed and delivered self-care modules for clinicians themselves, helping them keep their own cups full while managing the demands of their caseloads.
